My father left instructions for his final affairs, including a comprehensive list of all his usernames and passwords. Unfortunately, when he upgraded to Windows 11, he didn't think to leave the PIN it made him establish. Without it, we cannot access his laptop, which is the only way to locate important financial records, including a number of land contracts worth in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, records that are likely also stored on some cloud, but we don't know what cloud or where without being able to get into his laptop.
