My fans are going crazy when I operate a microsoft malicious removal tool scan.

I own a Lenovo - ( AMD Ryzen™ 5 7535HS ; NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4050 6GB ; with 16 gb RAM ; 513 gb SSD.) And during the scan, at the middle of it , the fans started to really get louder and faster - I am not sure that is what is supposed to be done, because while I did various scans on different apps including defender - never occurred the same event. Not even solicited to different top games, my fans never went so loud. Only when I first ever booted they went similar. And when I say fast and loud I mean it.
