My fan become too loud after i installed update KB5044285

Hey !i had this issue before beck in November when i installed this update KB5044285, (my fan become very loud for no reason) back then i tried every solution until i uninstalled the last update and my issue solved , now i was forced again to install it and i couldn't remove it, the fan issue happened again, i tried power control tricks, updated my bios , nothing works! seems like this update is not optimized for my Dell laptop and the folks and dell are not providing any answer to this ! is there a way to delete permanently this update or a solution to this fan problem ?
