My ethernet stopped working when I turned on my pc today?

My ethernet stopped working when I turned on my pc today? Tried plugging in to cord to another device and it worked fine I also have troubleshot all router and pc drivers and still can find the answer. I have typed in commands and reset everything but i still can connect wirelessly... Can someone please help with my issue!
