My Ethernet has no internet access

I just got a new pc and I just wanna connect to my Ethernet. My Ethernet says No Internet accessYour device is connected and can access other devices on your local network, but may not be able to reach the Internet. If you have a limited data plan, you can make this network a metered connection or change other properties. I also tried to find it in device manger hidden and unhidden couldn’t find it, I’ve tried changing the cables, restarting my modem and router, I’ve done the troubleshoot, I’ve tried different outlets, I’ve tried a usb WiFi adapter didn’t work maybe I’m missing something that
