My entire computer freezes when I play games. I am forced to hard shutdown and restart by pressing and holding the power button.

Browsing the internet is ok. I can use social media apps and watch videos perfectly fine. But when I'm gaming, at random times the screen just freezes. I can't input a command. I can't access apps. I can't Alt+Tab to go to a different screen. Or Alt+F4 to close all programs. The sounds in the game repeat loudly, or make a loud lag error noise. (And no, the noise isnt coming from the computer itself, its coming from the speakers.
