My emoji keyboard stops working and I have to reboot to get it to work again

The same with my nightlight that makes the screen dim at night, it works fine for awhile, then it doesn't, but when I reboot it works again. Very inconvenient to have to do this all the time. Why do they stop working?Thank you.Windows 11 Pro 22H2all updatedDell i7 12th gen. 64 bit64GB RAM
