My email was hacked a while ago and now microsoft wants me to log in to that account but says it doesn't recognise the account when I try to sign in -

My email was hacked a while ago and now microsoft wants me to log in to that account but says it doesn't recognise the account when I try to sign in - please help. Always comes up with the message saying OneDrive isn't synced and wants me to sign in with the original email that it then says is not recognised. Opened a case report with Microsoft in December but have had no response.
