My device was compatible and upgraded to windows 11 before, but after ssd install I installed windows 10, now its showing compatibility issue of TPM 2

My laptop was compatible earlier, it was showing through windows update setting, I upgraded to windows 11 two months back,but due to slowness i installed ssd into my laptop and thr service person did had windows 11 setup so he installed Windows 10 Now I'm not getting the windows 11 upgrade notification in windows update setting, and in PC health check app its showing TPM 2.0 is disabled.upon checking in BOIS, the TPM 2.0 is not there in BOIS.so if tpm 2.0 is the compatibility then how it got upgraded officially ad why its not showing nowlaptop Dell Inspiron 5570(I have windows 11 setup on HDD
