My device (Lenovo LOQ) is not recognising bootable usb

My device (Lenovo LOQ) is not recognizing the USB bootable drive, but another device (Lenovo ThinkPad), on which I created the bootable pendrive, is supporting the USB. I have reset all settings in the boot menu to default, yet I am unable to boot via USB.
