My desktop is having blue screen of death. Error was dpc watchdog violation

My desktop had BSOD two times in a row while i was watching youtube videos, though I kind of suspect it to be my HDD because i was downloading a game from steam. But im not sure if thats really the problem or not, is there a way to fix it
