My Desktop Icons Keep Rearranging On Startup, But Only On the Main User Account

So I have 2 monitors and whole lot of desktop icons for games and other software, but no matter where I put them they keep getting scattered across both monitors in a very random way. There is no structure or pattern for how the icons get rearranged, but they always seems the arrange themselves in the same way every time I restart the PC, or whenever the PC goes to sleep after inactivity. I recently made an alternative account to put on my PC, but that account doesn't seems to have that issue, it is just my main user account that seems to struggle with this issue.
