Hi everyone, I hope someone will be able to offer me some advice. My Dell laptop yesterday suffered a BSOD after I had installed the Western Digital Dashboard software (to check my Western Digital external HDD). The BSOD happened whilst opening that software with my external WD drive plugged in. The error code was 'memory management' and wiped the whole internal SSD, sending it to try legacy boot options, but finding no OS.
