My Dell Latitude E5470 isn't booting or installing Windows

I don't know if this is the proper place to ask for help but I've been having problems with my Dell Latitude E5470 after updating its BIOS, its stopped recognizing my SSD as a boot drive which forces the start menu to say "No Bootable Devices found", I've tried reinstalling Windows but there's no luck there. I don't know whether or not to just but another SSD or just throw away the Laptop entirely
