My Dell laptop keyboard is not working after windows 11 update. Can someone help me fix this

My Dell Laptop keyboard is not working after I updated my windows to 11. Initially few keys didn't work once I tried and tested to uninstall the drivers and change the entire keyboard stopped working. I have ran the Keyboard test, tried trouble shooting option too. Can someone help me fix this.
