My dell laptop face id, fingerprint and pin gets reset whenever i restart my laptop.

whenever i restart my laptop my windows hello gets disabled and asks for setup again n again. I have tried a lot of troubleshooting methods to resolve the issue but it is not solving. I and many people in my organization are facing the same issue.
