My cursor keeps disappearing

This has been happening for a couple of weeks now.I will be normally using my laptop and then all of a sudden my cursor freezes. I try to move it around with my touchapd but it doesnt move at all,so I touch the screen of my laptop (since I have a touch screen laptop) and then the cursor disappears. I try to restart/ reboot my laptop normally,aswell as pressing "ctrl+alt+delete+powerbutton". It takes me about 5 restarts until my cursor appears again and starts working normally ,how ever after a couple of hours,the issue appears again.
