My cursor is stuck on one monitor.

For context, I got my pc about a month ago, and it’s been great. One issue that I have is that sometimes when I open a game, the cursor gets trapped on the monitor with the game running. I’ve tried every mode from windowed to windowed full screen to full screen. This is happening mostly with f1 2020, but it happens to a lot of other games as well. I tried to change my main monitor to the one I was trying to access, but then my cursor got stuck on the monitor that my game WASN’T running on.
