My cursor is getting blurred

[Windows 11]

Hellooo!!!!So recently i downloaded a picture file its extension was .jpg_mb then before opening it i changes it to .png extension and it worked and then after opening that oicture now whenever i try opening any pciture using the default photo viewer my cursor gets blurred for some time (only when my cursor is hovering over the photo viewer , or else no) and then it comes back to normal but however its annoying and i am bit worried of the pciture i downloaded being some kind of malware
