My cursor, in first person games on roblox, goes to the top of the screen instead of locking to the window.

It is in fullscreen mode and I have tried reinstalling. Once my cursor reaches to where the top of the screen normally would be, there is a dropdown menu with the bar containing minimize, unfullscreen and close. Same thing happens with the taskbar, but not the sides. I constantly update my drivers (my computer gets laggy if I don't.) This happens on both of my computers.NVIDIA geforce 3080Intel i9.NVIDIA geforce 3070 tiintel i7.
