My cursor disappears when typing?

Okay so any time I put my cursor over a body of test, more often EDITABLE text (think google docs, word, etc.) it just straight up disappears like the cursor goes clear or sometimes it's just such a bright white that it blends into the rest of the screen.I've already tried restarting the laptop, going into the control panel and unchecking "hide cursor when typing," I even restarted after unchecking it thinking it would help and nope not at all. I've owned multiple laptops and this is the first time this has ever happened to me-Even right now I'm struggling to type this because it keeps disappe
