My cursor and keyboard doesn't work.

Hey guys, I use Windows 10 on my ASUS laptop. The cursor on my laptop has disappeared and the keyboard is also not working. Only the power button works. When I connect a wireless keyboard on the laptop it also doesn't work, and when I take the USB cable and connect it, it only charges but it doesn't make any sound to show that the phone has connected. But the WiFi internet connects perfectly. So what is the problem? I need help, I am confused.
