My cursor always turns white or transparent when I'm in Chrome/other browsers. I reset it to its default settings but it always turns white/transparen

I normally have my mouse settings on inverted colours, so I don't see why I should be getting this issue. Some sights (like YouTube), my cursor loses its black outline and when it's not moving, it vanishes as a whole, and when on other sights (like Google Docs), it turns transparent. I know Grammerly has nothing to do with the issue because it's off on both sites, so I'm believing it's a problem with Windows.
