My curser keeps randomly moving on its own when im gaming what do i do?

My curser keeps randomly moving on its own when I'm gaming and this has been going on for a bit now, not sure how long but i do want to get this resolved and I've just not been gaming because of it. whenever i get on games like apex, my curser will randomly go in different directions which makes it difficult to aim.. i haven't tried much because i don't want to mess anything up, i did see though someone mention something about how its a windows 11 error and i should uninstall the most recent update? but that was back in October and now because there have been other updates since then I'm not s
