My CTRL keys don't work as well as my right SHIFT key with the X button specifically.

As stated above, my CTRL keys appear to be nonfunctional. I tried going through the "Keyboard Troubleshooter" but it does not exist, the option is simply not there in the settings. My right SHIFT key also does not function, but only with the X button specifically, every other letter appears to work fine, my left SHIFT key works fine.
