my CPU can barely run windows 11*, how do i use the GPU instead?

i have a simple issue: my CPU has a max clock speed of 600MHz (500MHz but i overclocked it), therefore i would like to use my dedicated GPU instead for CPU tasks, how do i do that?*using what came with my pc idk if it's actually windows 11
