My computer's CPU shows on the approved list for Win11 Upgrade but PC Health Checker says the processor is not approved

When I run the PC Health Checker to see if my Win10 computer is compatible for upgrade to 11, the status comes back with the message that my CPU is not supported. If I then go to the list of supported CPUs, my CPU IS listed on the list of approved/supported CPUs. What is causing this? Can I upgrade with this scenario?
