My computer won’t get passed the aorus starting.

Since I have installed windows 11, (yes I know I just installed it in November, I know I’m late), I have nothing but problems. I can’t start up my computer without it consistently being a black screen and my mouse cursor just stays loading. I have tried to reboot it in safe Mode but I can’t even get to the troubleshooting option because my computer just stays black no matter if I load up holding Shift, Shift+F8, or any other. Does anyone have anything the could provide to help me with this?
