My computer wont allow me to allow apps to make changes to my device.

[Windows 8]

I use my computer to play the sims 4 via the ea app however when launching the game i am told there is a permission error. I have tried running the app as adminstrator however, when asking my permission for it to allow changes to be made to my device, i cannot press yes. Please help
