This is pretty BS. As title states: My computer was locked out and I cannot access it because I have a old alternative email attached to my main email and it won't let me change it. I know my password but this **** is ridiculous all because I have a old alt email they want to get confirmation from. Can't call them I have to wait 30 days with a locked computer so I can confirm that I can access my computer. Doesn't matter what I select because these people are geniuses in their authentication methods without being able to provide any damn human operators for unusual situations like mine.
