my computer shows a blue tint

So, i was playing skyirm yesterday and I used a shout to summon Durnevhiir, after that my display changed to a blue tint that i first thought it was an in-game effect. After using alt-tab, i saw that my whole computer had been affected and for some reason everything looks as if you are looking at the screen wearing blue tinted glasses. I have restarted the system, updated the drivers, tried turning on night light, changed my refresh rate, everything. My monitor in not the problem, since it works well on its own. My graphics card is an NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060.
