My Computer screen is blue and I see "startup repair couldn't repair your pc | Log file C:\windows\System32\Srt\SrtTrail.txt" But my C disk has no spa

So I start my PC as usual and than I see "Log file: C:\windows\System32\Srt\SrtTrail.txt" I saw a video on how to fix it but it required me to copy files but, my C disk was out of space and couldn't copy them and I could not proceed. Every other video said the same thing but no answer was there for my issue. Can any one Tell me how to fix this issue?
