My computer says I have a 64-bit system, but my computer keeps downloading stuff in 32-bit and 32-bit errors. Is my computer lying to me?

Today I was downloading a software that I have on my 64-bit desktop. And as I was opening it I saw that it was “32-bit” and not 64-bit, which I thought was weird but didn’t look into it.But today I was downloading Roblox for my laptop when I discovered an error with Roblox saying that I had a 32-bit system when my about page in settings clearly said that I had a 64-bit operating system. I’m just confused on what is happening. Can anyone fill my in on if my computer is actually 32-bit and the about page is wrong? Anyway go tell I actually have a 32-bit system? Help.
