My computer restarts when left idle for a few minutes

Recently, I crashed when playing a video game and the game suggested me to check for RAM malfuction.I did as the suggestion with the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool and it said my memory has hardware failure.I tried turned on XMP, update BIOS of my motherboard and reinstall my RAM sticks as some other answers to similar suggestion but still to no avail.I had ran sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth as well as chkdsk command on CMD and Powershell in Admin mode but any of them show me useful information.And now my PC start to randomly restart when left idle for a few minut
