My computer randomly powers down.

So for about a week now my computer randomly shuts down, no temp issues, no warning. I hear the click of the PSU and it just shuts off. Ive tried a new PSU and same issue. No changes had been made to the computer to cause this. Yesterday i ran the built in memory test and that ran perfectly for an hour and a half but anytime im loaded into windows it auto shuts down. Sometimes within 10 minutes all the way to 45. Ive had the pc at multiple homes and same issue which rules out a power issue. I have been contemplating upgrading the PC anyways.
