My computer left and right clicks on its own without any input device connected. Any help?

I am having an issue with my desktop computer where the computer will right-click (and hold) or left click (and hold) every 1-5 minutes, even when no mouse or other device is connected. I have tried running the PC in safe mode and the problem continued to persist. I ran the sfc /scannow and nothing was found. I have used three different mice and the problem persisted. I turned off my keyboard and disconnected the mouse simultaneously and the problem persisted. I tried connecting to a different USB port and the problem persisted.
