My computer keeps saying "your device ran into a problem we need to restart it" I've tried every youtube tutorial i could find but nothing has helpe

pretty often when I use my computter it freezes for about 20 seconds and then my computer restarts and will sometimes say "your device ran into a problem we need to restart it" I've tried every youtube tutorial i could find but nothing has helped. I dont know if it might be a problem with my computer but it's $3000 and my brother has the exact same one and it doesnt happen to him. If you know what it might be and how to fix it Please help. thanks
