my computer keeps randomly BSOD'ing with the Stop Code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED & What Failed: CLFS.SYS

I can't seem to resolve this issue, i've updated the BIOS for my motherboard, ran a full scan for Virus & Threat Protection on Windows Security, ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & SFC /scannow from the Command Prompt, updated my AMD Chipset Driver, I've unplugged/replugged everything from my computer, manually took out/re-inserted my RAM & Graphics card. I can't seem to pinpoint what keeps causing this BSOD.
