My computer keeps crashing

Every day, multiple times while playing games usually my computer screen freezes and crashes. I thought it would have something to do with using too much memory or something in games but this has happened just in the middle of using chrome or literally just on my screen with zero apps running. It's been happening for a while but I finally need to fix it. It's not blue screens but sometimes in the middle of games or on chrome, it randomly freezes I can do nothing . Nd only way to fix it is by restarting computer. It either just freezes or sometimes it freezes nd the fan noise goes very high.
