My computer keeps crashing, it started by only crashing when I would launch fortnite to now crashing from even being on google chrome

I don’t know much about computers but I’ve googled the problem followed every step and it still happens.When it crashes sometimes it will make this buzzing sound followed by a rainbow static screen or just straight to a black screen. Other times it will show the blue screen with the . I feel like I’ve tried absolutely everything and I’m getting annoyed.
