My computer keeps crashing, I have tried everything

I've tried to rule out every cause for computer crashes. It's not a blue screen, it's a hard crash where my game just freezes up, audio glitches, and I can't do anything on my PC until I hard restart it. I've done stress testing on each component (GPU, CPU, RAM). I had an 850w PSU and I was having this issue so I started using a 1000w PSU, still having the random crashes. Tried only using one RAM slot and switching the RAM, didn't help. I've updated the BIOS, didn't help. All PC temps are normal, CPU is liquid cooled and GPU doesn't get above 75-80c most of the time.
