My computer keeps crashing and restarting on its own Randomly after a clean windows dowload

so ive performed a complete format on my new pc and downloaded a windows 10 using the windows usb tool soon after the setup was completed my pc started restarting randomly and i've tried almost everything i could think of and nothing helped so far, i've downloaded event viewer and this is the error that came out the computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. the bugcheck was 0x00000116 (0xffff8005c7d79050, 0xfffff80282d41a40, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004), A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.
