My computer is stuck on the windows loading screen

screen,and whenever I restart it it cycles between automatic repair mode. When I allow automatic repair mode to loading complete it shows a black screen with a cursor,when I press F11 on the black screen it shows winpeshl.exe,no other keys work.I have tried booting it up in safe mode however It shows please select boot device.Please give a solution to the problem.
