My computer is saying automatic repair couldn’t fix your pc and when it asks me for my password I don’t know it.

I’m getting the automatic repair screen and when I go to click on troubleshoot>advanced options>and it takes me to startup repair, startup settings, command prompt, uninstall updates, UEFI firmware settings, and system restore. When I click on them it asks for a password and I don’t know the password and there is no way to reset it so I am stuck. Is there anyone who knows how to solve this?
