My computer is crashing on bootup multiple times before bluescreening what is causing this issue?

When I try to boot or restart my computer it constantly crashes before hitting a bluescreen after several boots giving me a Hypervisor error. The computer works fine outside of booting. 040725-14328-01.dmp I've attatched the latest minidump if that helps.
