My computer is being weird and randomly slashing control center. Is it a virus?

My computer is randomly slashing the control centre out. It does not affect the system and control center runs fine. I just want to know if i should wipe my computer or how to solve it. I have tried uninstalling all apps I recently downloaded (aieesoft iphone unlocker from microsoft store) and it hid for a bit. I got this laptop on the first of january. I have 149 gig free and a dell latitude 5520 with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1145G7 @ 2.60GHz, 1498 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) cpu and 32 gig ram.
