My computer is asking for the BitLocker code. I input it about sixty times and cannot get past the blue screen

I guess I am asking if my computer is now complete garbage?I never encrypted my drive to begin with and if I have to enter sixty friggin characters every single time I am going to throw this piece of garbage in the trash.Why is this happening. All I did was try to move a file from the desktop to a folder and it like totally blew up and I am unable to get to the desktop to even do a full factory reset.WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO. THIS COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED AT A WORSE TIME. AND I CANNOT EVEN BRING IT TO A MICROSOFT STORE BECAUSE YOU CLOSED THEM ALL.AND THE WORST PART IS I HAVE TO TYPE FO
