My computer has the windows out of service message pop

[Windows 11]

I think 8 days ago my laptop might have tried updating when trying to find a temporary way to charge my laptop but since my laptop only had like 2 percent charge my laptop died before updating and I now my laptop has a popup message saying windows services no longer supportedand I can't update to the supported windows 11 updates through windows updater settings and I don't know what to do about the update situation. I also think with my windows being out of date my battery percent isn't showing in task bar as going up
