Hi AllHave had the same laptop & OKI scanner for a couple of years and use 'Scan to Network PC' regularly. Recently, this stopped working. Couldn't find a problem so I deleted the printer/scanner (& the user & shared folder that the scanner has access to) & reloaded everything from scratch but still not working. Rang OKI support and they talked me through all the same things again and are blaming my Windows 11 version 23H2 laptop.My husband just got a new laptop running the same apps as me (including Trent Micro internet security) & I set it up the same way as my own lap
