My computer disconnects every time it gets booted up.

Everytime I turn my PC on, the computer just disconnects to the internet. I can manually restart the router every time it happens and on occasion, it reconnects, but sometimes it doesn’t, so i need to try again. I’ve tried to flush my dns with ipconfig /flushdns, then trying to renew it with ipconfig /renew, but it says that No operation can be performed on (Ethernet, and Local Area Connection* 9 and 10) while it has its media disconnected.I’m not really sure what to do, i’ve tried to network reset, trying things with the internet modem itself, and troubleshooting a bunch.
